If you are not satisfied you can return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the same, through any means to ensure that the return is carried out under appropriate conditions.

We do not accept returns of: wetsuits, neoprene booties, surfboards, skateboards, inline skates and surf, skate or yoga lessons.

The return and exchange of articles must comply with the following conditions:

- Return of new articles, complete with no signs of use, with complete original packaging, accessories, manuals and accompanied by its receipt or invoice;
- We do not accept exchanges or returns of custom items according to customer specifications. All articles will be checked on arrival at our service and will only be accepted for Exchange or return those who comply with the conditions of return. If you opt for the refund we inform you that:
- The reimbursement shall be made by the same means of payment. In case the payment has been effected through Atm, the client will be refunded by bank transfer, you will be prompted via email the NIB.
- The refund will be made after verification of the condition of the product.
- The costs of the shipment are the responsibility of the client.

Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.

In case of exchange for another product, you may go directly to the store of the Surf in Monkeys without the need to contact the online store, and make the Exchange within 14 days from the reception of the product, keeping the requirement to submit the product for return in original condition with the receipt or invoice.

The Surf in Monkeys undertakes to effect the repairs with the suppliers/distributors.Whatever your problem is related to your product, it is necessary to send together with the goods a copy of invoice, warranty certificate (surfing suits, watches, glasses) and letter or email with all the information of interest.

Attention, the warranty does not apply (or partially applies) to fixing problems resulting from improper use, or not use usage specifications from the manufacturer. We recommend that you carefully read the instructions for use provided with the products.

The Surf in Monkeys cannot be held liable, if the manufacturer refuses to apply the warranty. Repair budgets not accepted by the customer may be subject to administrative fees. If agree with the budget should make a bank transfer corresponding to the respective value of the repair.
